  • Inventory and Logistics Management – Recognized expert in U.S Navy Supply Chain Management to include Logistics, Inventory and Financial Management.  Development of Integrated Logistics Support, Program Management expertise across Technical and Functional areas to include enforcement of Warranties.

  • Asset Visibility – Provided solution for Afloat Total Asset Visibility (ATAV) that currently feeds Joint Integrated Data Environment (previously known as Joint Total Asset Visibility (JTAV).  Web solution provides asset visibility across the fleet both afloat and ashore for on hand, dues, allowances, excesses and deficiencies. 

  • Retrograde Visibility – Refined the Material-in-Transit/Stock-in-Transit process at NAVICP.   Assisted NAVICP in reducing system losses by over $500M.
